There are different groups running throughout the week, but just showing up
is not recommended unless you already have a contact within the club. Frequently, there can be changes in location or starting time due to the groups' training schedules, weather or scheduled races. Please contact us through the
Contact Us link if you'd like to join us or would like more information. Paces range from 8:30 to 10:00 minutes per mile. New to running? Come join us for a part of the scheduled run until you feel comfortable.
