 Welcome to the Home of the Eastern shore Running club!!

 

 

The Eastern Shore Running Club was founded in 1999 in Salisbury, Maryland as a non-profit organization with the Runners Club of America.  Its sole purpose is to serve the community as a vehicle to promote running/walking as a tool to a healthier life style and lend expertise to various civic organizations with event promotion.

 GROUP 1 (Pace: 8:00 to 9:30 minute mile)  

 

Mon: 5:00 a.m. next to the Merritt Gym parking lot - 50 minutes

 

Tue: 5:30 a.m. in the East (Main) Salisbury Zoo parking lot - 60 minutes

 

Wed: 5:00 a.m. next to the Merritt Gym parking lot - 50 minutes

 

Thu: 5:30 a.m. in the East (Main) Salisbury Zoo parking lot - 60 minutes

 

Fri: 5:30 a.m. next to the Merritt Gym parking lot - 50 minutes

 

Sat: 7:00 a.m. in the YMCA (Schumaker) parking lot - TNT Group (mileage varies by week)

 

Sun: Planned during week - no scheduled run



GROUP 2 (Pace: 9:31 to 12:00 minute mile)

 

Mon: 5:00 a.m. next to the Merritt Gym parking lot - 50 minutes

 

Wed: 5:00 a.m. next to the Merritt Gym parking lot - 50 minutes

 

Fri: 5:00 a.m. next to the Merritt Gym parking lot - 50 minutes

 

Sat: Planned during week - no scheduled run

 

Sun: Planned during week - no scheduled run

Faster or Slower Min/Mile Pace
 
Any pace can be run... the paces listed on the weekly schedule are for planning purposes.  We would love to have anybody join us from walkers through elite runners!!  Just show up and we'll make it work.
