Level # 2 - Timing & Finish Line Management
a. Finish Line Management
b. Start & Finish Timing
c. Charge = $200.00
Level # 3 - Timing, Finish Line Management, & Results
a. Race Director Supplies ESRC 48 Hours in Advance all Race Data.
b. Finish Line Management
c. Start & Finish Timing
d. Printed Results in Pre-Approved Awards Breakdown
e. Charge = $300.00 for 100 runners and under.
f. Charge = $350.00 for 101 runners to 199.
g. Charge = $450.00 for 200 runners plus.
h. ESRC assist in Same Day Race Registration = additional $50.00
Level # 4 - Optional Services
a. Course Management, Layout & Course Staffing
b. Charge = $200.00
Race Director Responsibilities
Provide ESRC the following information in the format listed below:
a. Name – First & Last
b. Age
c. Sex
d. Assigned Race #
This information needs to be provided 48 hours in advance of the race to ESRC.
Same Day Registration: Race Director will provide an area to hand out Race
Packets & have a minimum of 2 people registering Same Day Race Applications.
